Since 2017, we’ve proudly served as the go-to creative agency for Paid Leave for the United States (PL+US), the nation’s leading advocacy organization dedicated to winning paid family and medical leave for all Americans.
From nimble website development to impactful graphic design, we’ve supported the cross-country team with the talent, collaboration and creativity they need to win federal paid leave policy by 2022.
Recent projects include web design and development for the 2019 Employer Trends Report and the 2020 Presidential Paid Leave Scorecard, print collateral for Dad's Day of Action with spokesperson Alexis Ohanian, sponsored by Dove Men's Care, and web and print design for the Paid Leave and the Pandemic Report, in collaboration with Promundo and the Parental Leave Corporate Task Force.

WHY IT MATTERS:
In the U.S., people go into debt or even lose their jobs simply for having a baby or caring for a family member. We’re also the only industrialized nation without a federal paid leave policy. This is unacceptable. We’re honored to use our skills to help transform workplaces, policy and culture so that everyone can take leave for when they need it most.
Through the activism of our clients, our work amplifies important issues that need action and attention like paid leave policy, racial equity, access to education, inclusion & belonging, workforce innovation, environmental activism, and civic engagement.
